Bad acne a sign of pregnancy

Scrubbing will remove too much of the skin's natural oils causing the skin glands to respond by over-producing skin oil, one of the principal causes of acne. For the same reason dry yourself with a clean towel carefully rather than vigorously. Don't use alcohol based cleaners as these will wipe out the natural skin oils leading the skin glands to react with over-production of skin oil....
...From personal experience I can tell you, prescribed drugs are not the answer to your acne scar problems, they do more harm than good, in most cases. I'm saying this from my own experience with them. Some may work, but the one's I tried didn't. I won't name any, because the drugs that didn't work for me, may work for you, who knows....»
